How does renting your florals work?
1. Place Your Order: Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you a separate invoice via email to pay your 15% refundable security deposit. This deposit is calculated based on your order total (excluding shipping).
2. Pay Your Deposit: To secure your rental, the deposit must be paid within 30 days of your event to avoid cancellation.
3. Receive Your Florals: Your rental items will arrive approximately 3 days before your event. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
4. Enjoy & Return: After your event, return your items the day after your event to stay within the rental terms.
5. Refund Process: Once we receive your items in their original condition, we’ll process a full refund of your deposit within 7–10 business days. If there are any damages, we’ll notify you with details of any deductions.

How do I return my items after my event?
1. When you receive your order, you will also receive a prepaid return label in your box.
2. The next day following your event (1 day after) package your items in their original packaging.
If this day falls on a Sunday or Federal Holiday, the return may be made on the following business day.
3. Attach your prepaid return label.
4. Drop-off your package to the designated shipping provider.

Can any of your centerpieces be customized into a bouquet?
Yes, we do custom orders and any of our centerpieces can be customized into a bouquet. Contact us to discuss specific pricing and customization needs.

Dust Occasionally: Use a soft, dry cloth or a gentle duster to remove any buildup and maintain their vibrant appearance. Keeping your florals in a clean dust-free area before your event is recommended.
Keep Dry: Avoid exposing the flowers to excessive moisture or humidity to preserve their form and color.

Will my floral arrangements look different from the pictures?
Since our artificial florals are based on stock availability, there may be slight variations from the photos displayed on our website.
If a specific floral element is unavailable, we will substitute it with a similar style of equal or higher quality to maintain the beauty and integrity of the arrangement. Rest assured, you'll always receive a stunning design that meets our high standards!

Are your services only offered locally?
Yes, due to the nature of our service offerings, our two packages are only offered locally (Chicagoland and surrounding areas) at this time.
